$8.2million slot machine win

Katherine Salvan, of Metairie, La has won over $8million from a $200 stake playing a Wheel of Fortune Slot machine. Salvan, a 10 year veteran gambler in South Mississippi, hit the jackpot after playing the machine for comps. However, she earnt more than a few points entitling her to a free room.
Salvan and her husband, who advised her to play in the Isle of Capri casino, said the win would not change them but they might buy another car in addition to their 1994 Chevrolet Caprice station wagon.
