This is a sort of odd kind of casino if you can even call it a casino.
Apparently what we have way down in Florida is a slick setup for people who like Internet café's and don't mind partaking of a bit of "free" gambling.
I don't know what the actual legal status of this place is but the owner claims that there is no actual gambling because he gives away free chances to win prizes.
You buy some Internet time and you get your prize tickets.
