Another door closes for US Gambling Options
New e-wallet Wirecard announced recently that it would no longer allow US customers to transfer fund to online gambling sites. Heralded as a potential replacement to Neteller, Wirecard was offered as a funding source by such online sites as Full Tilt Poker.

This announcement was posted to the Wirecard site Thursday, Feb. 1.

Important Information for U.S. Account Holders
Please note that due to U.S. legislative restrictions U.S. account holders are not able to transfer funds to or from any online gambling sites.
All U.S. account holders are able to use their Wirecard account and virtual MasterCard to safely transfer funds to and from any non-gambling Internet merchants accepting MasterCard payments or holding a Wirecard account.
If the U.S. is your country of residence or nationality or your computer is located in the U.S. you are considered a U.S. account holder and you will not be able to transfer funds to or from any online gambling sites.
