Its not the kind of plea you'd regularly hear, but a couple in australia have successfully got a court order to ban themselves from their state's 600 gambling venues - thats 300 each and since they tend to gamble together, thats all of them.

The Shaws, who suffer from depressive disorders, had been barred from 184 venues on their own volition, but had embarked on a campaign for statewide barring to remove any temptation.

Think I can ban myself from exit pages that take me into dodgy online casinos?
