Barney Frank is still waging the war against the repressive United States government on behalf of adult Americans who demand the restoration of their freedom to use discretionary income as they wish.
Frank's recent attempt to overthrow the stifling, and unclear tenets of the, "Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act", (UIGEA), were thwarted, mostly by the same misguided Republicans who were responsible for authoring that bill.
