PANAMA CITY, Panama, April 18, 2007 – Bestline Sports and BetOnline.com today have agreed to the merging of the two company's Internet-based properties into a single brand – www.BetOnline.com.
This new group felt the BetOnline.com brand would work best, as it appealed to its core Internet business, and that after years of steadily seeing fewer telephone bets and more online bets, felt the time for change was here.
"Providing a safe, yet entertaining online gaming experience is what matters most," said Eddie Robbins, CEO of Bestline Sports, which has been in business since 1991. "And now we will be able to really focus on this single brand, and give our clients even more. More stability, more options, better banking."
Most operations will be run out of Bestline Sports' Panamanian-based offices.
