Gambling doesn't seem to be on the wane in either the East or West Coast as both Nevada and Atlantic City report large revenue increases
Atlantic City has finally broken through the $5 billion mark after an increase of 7.3% in december. Its still only half of the $10bn+ Nevada brings in, but Atlantic City is working hard to increase hotel rooms and create itself as an entertainment destination like its counterpart in Vegas
Nevada saw casino gambling revenues increase by 16.01% in November to $999.62 million. The Strip alone brought in $524.68. Gaming Board analysts put this huge increase down to a series of high profile music concerts in November
"We had a strong special events calendar in November. In that month we had U2, the Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney play,"
