Many people are superstitious; they won't walk under ladders, or panic if a black cat crosses their path, and so forth, but there are other types of superstitions that of which people aren't aware.
I've seen people in casinos and bingo halls who have their little area covered with all manner of "good luck charms" from the traditional rabbit's foot to all manner of stuffed animals and other gadgets and gizmos.
Some players have to sit facing a certain way or will only play slot machines on the end of a row, and so forth, or they feel their luck will run bad.
And there are some people who hold certain beliefs, which are also superstitions, about the way casinos operate, and what times to gamble are best, and "how" to play slot machines.
Check out this article about casinos and slot machines and dispel some myths
Have fun and good luck!

I wanted to read that. It already said it's no longer available. Too bad I browsed on too late.
