Chinese Police Track Down Online Gambling Rings

The World Cup has been a boon to Chinese police - they've hit the jackpot by swooping in on 4 online gambling rings, including catching the highest ever member.

24 people have been arrested since the World Cup began, including Chinese agents of overseas gambling companies

Police say online gambling the ring organized in June involved more than 17 million yuan (US$2.12 million).
