Fillipino's Think Their President Takes Gambling Bribes

Juetung is massive in the Phillipines. Like many countries, its a simple numbers game thats become a national obsession. But the difference is that juetung is illegal in the Phillipines and is currently embroiled in a government scandal.

But the question underlying all this is - do you legalise the game - which has been called both a 'cancer' and a 'dream' for the population, or does it remain illegal amid constant accusations of Bribery and corruption - whatever, juetung is a game that truly can take down a country.
