I've been involved in many a "friendly" game of Poker that had endings which were far less than cordial; but the results of a private Poker game conducted in Colorado have resulted in court action.
It seems that Colorado law allows private Poker games and apparently the rules governing such endeavors aren't all that different from the ones that regulate commercial casino operations, with protections for everyone from fraudulent games.
Well a pro Poker player got into one of these games, won, got stiffed and is
Pursuing his Poker jackpot in the Colorado courts.
What do you think the odds are that he'll recover all he's claimed?

It's great that we are having such a facilities like high proportion of casinos and card rooms available to the population and middle class with disposable income. Playing poker game is my beloved past time and I love poker. Thanks for the post.
