Apparantly, Wang persuaded Zhan Qing Zhang to put $1.5 million into her account as a deposit for some property – they had met when Zhang visited Australia to look for some real estate
Wang has pleaded guilty on 13 charges after Zhang, who spoke no english, realised he was being conned after getting an interpreter to discover the scam
