Underwater casino planned in Chinese gambling enclave of MacauNot content with trying to beat Vegas in revenues and glamour, Macau is trying its hand at extravagant themes for its casinos.

The Macau government has tentatively agreed to an underwater resort - the "City of Dreams". The $1 billion hotel and entertainment arena will be surrounded by water and fish and is looking to open by 2008
