A club has just opened in the Czech Capital - inspired by similar American clubs - that offer a club and gambling atmosphere for pre-schoolers with their parents.
The kids buy counters at 5 crowns each - with a minimum 40 counters and then toss them in a machine to try their luck - they can win numerous prizes - with a top prize of a kids HarleyDavidson
Most children who once enter the centre get crazy about gaming machines and they want to return there soon, but some parents have expressed fears about small "gamblers."
"This can be a splendid beginning leading to a bad end," a woman with a little boy told the paper. She, however, noted that her boys love the gaming centre so he does not want to spoil their pleasure.
Some experts, too, are rather sceptical about the gambling room for kids. Psychiatrist Karel Nespor, head doctor of the ward for addiction treatment at the Prague-Bohnice psychiatric hospital, warns against this kind of amusement.
"This is gambling, which is illegal for kids under 18," Nespor told the daily
