Virginian Republican, Bob Goodlatte, will re-introduce a bill to ban internet gambling on Thursday. Clearly there's nothing more important to do in Virginia, since 2 fellow Virginians will be backing it.
Goodlatte has tried this many times before, often using the credit card route to try to stop them from authorising payments to offshore internet casinos and betting sites.
All the details will be provided on Thursday. We'll be standing in line with all the online poker players with one-way tickets to the UK where not only can you happily gamble online, but all winnings are tax-free....
