Valerie Wilson's first win came in 2002, winning a million on the Cool Million scratchcard.
However, that didn't stop her from keep trying and her amazing luck came in again, winning a second million - this time on the Jubilee scratchcard. The odds of winning twice are 1 in 3,669,120,000,000
According to New York state lottery officials, there have been two other double jackpot winners, who like Ms Wilson each won $1m prizes on two separate occasions.
Ms Wilson will be spending the money on herself this time - after helping her kids with her previous winnings. Good idea.
