Jamie Gold Wins World Series of Poker Main Event
Poker goes Hollywood as ex-agent Jamie Gold won the main event at poker's World Series. Gold, who went into the final table as the chip leader came out tops to win the huge $12 million first prize and the much-vaunted bracelet.

Paul Wasicka came second and took home $6.1 million himself.

This is how the final hand went down according to Gold's website
Jamie Gold raises to $1,700,000 and Paul Wasicka makes the call. The flop comes Qclub 8heart 5heart. Paul Wasicka bets $1,500,000 and Jamie Gold moves all in. Wasicka calls and shows 10heart 10spade. However, Gold turns over Qspade 9club for a pair of Queens. The turn is the Adiamond and the river is the 4club.
