Kyl's Online Gambling Bill Defeated Again

Ten years on and US Senator Jon Kyl still can't get his bill to outlaw online gambling bill passed by the senate.

Kyl was going via a financial route to stop credit cards from paying online gambling debts. However, an unnamed senator put a stop to all that, claiming "the nature of his legislation was not in order on the appropriations bill"

However, Kyl is adamant he won't stop in his quest to stop online gambling in the US - using the same old arguments that have long run out of steam - how it can't be taxed, how addictive it is, it can't be regulated and the integrity of sport ing events are under threat - all arguments that have been refuted by many countries around the world that have proven otherwise
