This one is weird, comical even, and I have to say it's something I never thought of, but it could be a mini bonanza for video Poker machine players.

Getting four of a kind is always welcome, but it's tough hand to get. However, IGT, the world's largest maker of video Poker games, is releasing their "Quick Quads" feature which allows a player to get 4 of a kind with only 3 of a kind.

The way this is done is by allowing the player to use the 2 other cards, if they add up to the total needed to equal the face value of the other 3 cards.

So, if you have 3 eights, and a 5 and a 3, which adds up to 8, it's the same as 4 actual eights.
