London Scratches for Olympics Gold

London's successful Olympic bid is going to be paid for largely through scratch cards.

To offset the predicted �2.375bn cost to host the 2012 olympics, lottery scratch cards are to be launched – hoping to raise �750m.

Each 'Go for Gold' card will cost �1 – with 28p going towards the Olympic Lottery Distribution Fund. The top prize will be �2012 (clever, huh?)
