Mary Jones Meyer Wins Ladies WSOP Title

A 56-yr old telephone company sales manager from Nevada has won $236,000 and WSOP bracelet to take this year's World Series of Poker Ladies Title.

The title was popularised when it was won by actress jennifer tilly last year, but with 1,100 women competing this year, competition was much harder.

Meyer may take up poker professionally one day - but for now she doesn't intend to give up her day job

With 2 days to win that kind of money, that decision maybe made somewhat easier.
