MBA-Only Poker

I guess Poker is the new business brunch.

Not content with an assortment of networking events and over-inflated salaries for a Harvard signed certificate, it seems that MBA's can now be singled out for their poker skills.

Harrahs World Series of Poker Brand has teamed up with Jungle Magazine to host the "the World Series of Poker MBA Championship " . The winner will receive a seat in the 2006 WSOP main event

"We believe that by bringing the game's excitement and energy to the MBA audience, we can introduce Harrah's to many of the best and the brightest young business professionals in the country."

The MBA poker tournament was originally launched in 2003 as a charity event for top MBA schools and this year will also donate a percentage of the pool to charity

On top of the excitement of having a bunch of pseudo-intelligent suits play poker, Harrahs will also be networking for employees during the event.
