The Redbet group operates and manages several gaming brands including Redbet, TotalPoker, GoldClubCasino and MingelBingo.
Following the deal, several poker sites within the Redbet sphere will switch to Ongame Network Poker Software and join one of the world's largest poker networks.
The first site, NextPoker.com was deployed on Saturday, June 31 and is ready for launch.

"NextPoker.com is an exciting brand spearheaded by industry veterans that we are convinced will make the best out of our vast offering of games, tournaments, software features and customization capabilities."
