Harrah's Atlantic City is taking an active role in trying to revitalize Atlantic City's struggling casino industry.

Harrah's has entered into an extensive agreement with Orbitz.com, which also owns cheaptickets.com, eBookers and several other similar enterprises. This move allows Orbitz access to all the Harrah's properties' reservation systems for purposes of booking rooms.

Orbitz will be able to offer a variety of choices resulting in increased room rentals and Harrah's gets a larger share of Internet exposure.

This is a win-win deal for both companies, and Harrah's customers who will enjoy lower room rates and attractive package deals.
