Filed in archive Poker on July 21, 2006
Amidst the furore thats happening in the US for online gambling right now, Partygaming ignored it all to announce a huge 50% increase in revenues to $319 million.
Partygaming also claims that current US events do not affect them since they currently don't offer sports betting and no comparison should be made between BetonSports and Partygaming. However, the head of Partygaming, Mitch Garber, has no current plans to visit the US.
Partypoker also announced that 232,446 new poker players signed up in the last quarter - with 42% being from outside the US
