While the United States Government continues futzing around with Internet gambling laws, all predicated on morality and passed off as safety, in the hope that Americans will forget about Internet gambling, the rest of the World Moves On.
Countries such as South Africa have taken the issue of Internet gambling by its citizens head on, with the goal of making certain that gamblers can entertain themselves in a safe way.
