Slot Machine Scene

There are probably as many questions about slot machines as there are slot machines in the world.
Some of these questions keep coming up and after a while the answer, usually wrong, becomes a legend.
I suppose the bulk of the questions center on how can a player tell when a machine is "ready to hit", and "is it possible to control a slot machine", i.e. manipulate it.
Slot machine guru John Grochowski provides some answers, and here's a website that will explain how slot machines work.
For Internet slot machine players here's a website that has free slot machines and instructions on how to play at internet casinos.
