Scotland's ban on smoking in public places has adversely affected bingo profits says Mecca Bingo. A spokesman of the country's biggest Bingo provider complained that the smoking ban has seen smokers leaving the bingo halls to grabs cigarette breaks between the big games. This means of course that while smokers are puffing away outside they are not playing the smaller bingo games or slot machines inside. They should drag some slot machines outside.
