Gambling In Europe

This is something that favors the ladies, and it only happens on one day of the year, once every 4 years.
In England, once every 4 years, on February 29, there it is traditional that women are allowed to propose marriage, and the folks at "Easier Travel" are suggesting that British ladies visit Las Vegas and propose to their guy.
What does this have to do with gambling? Well first off the suggestion to come to Las Vegas, the gambling capital of the world, makes it gambling related, but hey, what bigger gamble in life is there than marriage?

Wow, can't believe the week and this month is over. It's not every year we get a 29th for February, so it seems today is really special.
