This is good news for American fans of online gambling.
The University of Nevada Las Vegas, or as it is more commonly known, UNLV, has been commissioned by the Nevada State Gaming Control Board to study online gambling.
Specifically what is being researched is the feasibility of the State of Nevada actually participating in online gambling, in a regulatory and tax collection capacity.
What this means is that Americans would be able to gamble over the Internet with a high degree of certainty that the games would be honest and payouts to winners prompt.
As I have stated over and over again, both here, and in "Playtime Las Vegas", as soon as the government, in this case a state government, figures out a way to insure itself of tax revenue from American's winnings, we'd see online gaming being embraced by Corporate America and the government.
